KAL Construction, Inc. has been designing & building custom homes for over a decade. We believe that truly superior homes are timeless. The KAL team consists of a carefully selected group of project managers, carpenters, estimators, design consultants & support staff that provide complete design-through-construction services—all of the steps necessary to take a project from concept to reality. With almost 25 years of industry experience & strong business & community relationships, we build a variety of sophisticated home styles distinguished by meticulous detail, superior craftsmanship, grand open design & indoor & outdoor livability. The result is a distinctive blend of flow, aesthetic & personal comforts.

When KAL Construction is engaged, we evaluate the project & provide a comprehensive yet understandable estimate. We become part of the team at any stage & establish ourselves as a resource for the client. Once the plans are finished & construction begins, a supervisor & project manager are assigned to the job.   • A national association representing 23,000 merit shop construction and construction-related firms in 79 chapters across the United States. ABC's membership represents all specialties within the U.S. construction industry and is comprised primarily of firms that perform work in the industrial and commercial sectors of the industry.
• Builder's Exchange of Santa Clara, Board of Directors 2006-2008
  • The Builders' Exchange of Santa Clara County is a nonprofit association of subcontractors, general contractors, architects, engineers, material supplier's, manufacturers' representatives and others closely related to the construction industry. The governing board of the exchange is an elected cross-section of construction business professionals.
• Contractor's State Licensing Board
  • The Contractors State License Board (CSLB) was established in 1929 as the Contractors License Bureau under the Department of Professional and Vocational Standards. Today it is part of the Department of Consumer Affairs.
• National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB)
  • The National Federation of Independent Business is the nation's largest small-business advocacy group representing the consensus views of its 600,000 members in DC and all 50 state capitals.
• Western Regional Master Builders Association
  • A safety trade association consisting of California contractors. W.R.M.B.A. has been active in accident prevention and workplace safety since 1955.
